Ricky Vega is with Claire James, talking about the Jones sisters. He makes several derogatory statements about them and their wrestling ability, before implying that they’re getting by on their looks – when suddenly Charlie Blooms makes her presence known.
She gets in Ricky’s face and tells him that he’s wrong about the Jones sisters, and they’re both more talented than he is. To which Vega laughs. He tells Blooms to watch what’s about to happen to Veronica Jones, and this’ll happen to her if she continues to stick her nose in Ricky’s business.
Singles Match
Veronica Jones vs. Ricky Vega
The match started as Veronica tried to talk smack about Ricky’s loss on the last episode of Sunday Night Slams. But he quickly shut her up, and earned himself a loud boo, by slapping the taste out of her mouth. That only served to fire up Jones, however, as she brought the fight to Ricky Vega in the early going.
The highlight of her offense came when she manages to hit a crossbody to a seated Ricky, crushing him against the corner. But it wasn’t enough for a three count. But by the fourth minute, however, Vega managed to find an opening knocking Veronica out onto the apron with a clothesline. From there he managed to hit a rope hung codebreaker to stun Jones, followed up by a shining wizard.
Veronica was down and holding her head as Ricky slid out under the bottom rope, to grab a steel chair from under the ring. The crowd’s boos turned to cheers, however, as Charlie Blooms ran down the aisle to confront Vega. She managed to connect with a dropkick, knocking Vega down and causing him to drop the chair, which she promptly picked up. Vega backed away to the corner as Charlie stood there between him and Veronica, with the chair in hand…
Before Charlie Blooms drilled Veronica Jones with the steel chair! The referee called for the bell as Ricky and Charlie nodded at each other, and raised their arms to seemingly celebrate their new union.
Winner: Double DQ (6:19)
Ricky and Charlie were putting the boots to Veronica when, from out the back, Blake Belladonna appeared! The fitness instructor ran down the aisle and slid into the ring; she quickly knocked down Charlie and Ricky with a double clothesline, sending Vega rolling out under the bottom rope as the referee called for the bell again!
Singles Match
Charlie Blooms vs. Blake Belladonna
Belladonna started with the advantage, overpowering Blooms with her strikes. Forearms and elbows strikes flew thick and fast, but it was after a flying shouldertackle that Blake scored a nearfall. With her impressive physique on display, Belladonna showed her strength with a press slam – only for Charlie to rake the eyes, and land safely behind her opponent. She quickly span Blake around and hit a hammerlock DDT, buying herself some valuable time.
Charlie pressed the advantage for a couple of minutes, using basic strikes to try and wear Blake down. Chops, dropkicks, clotheslines, all to boos from the crowd as Ricky continued to shout encouragement from ringside. It all culminated in the seventh minute, when Charlie went for a tornado small package, only to have Belladonna roll through and get a three count for herself!
Winner: Blake Belladonna (6:33)
After the match, Ricky dragged Blake out of the ring and threw her shoulder first into the ring steps. The two of them, Ricky and Charlie, started to put the boots to Blake when they were ran off by the Jones sisters.
Ricky and Charlie escaped up the aisle, as the Joneses picked up Blake, drawing the battlelines for the future.

The members of GBH, Harper Hill and Miss Fortune, are standing backstage looking rather bored. Harper asked her partner if they had any plans since Ben Hanson had failed to book them, but Miss Fortune just shook her head and said they’d just have to wait and see which team got the tag title shot that they should have…
That’s when Big Dil arrived on the scene and told GBH that they had their title shot at Learning to Fly, and it’s somebody else’s turn. Unsurprisingly this didn’t sit well with GBH who wanted to know what Big Dil knows about deserving title shots, especially since him and Rocky Rhodes have some of the worst records in SCCW. That’s when Rocky arrived with Papa Z in tow. The manager reminded them that Rocky Rhodes is the best in the bidness, and that he got drafted before GBH did in the recent FGA draft!
GBH looked at each other and laughed, saying he may have got drafted before them, but he won’t be called up to FGA before them. Because GBH are future FGA World Tag Team Champions–which is when Rocky piped up, telling GBH they’re not winning nothing in SCCW, or in FGA, or SGA, or FCCW, or anywhere! Papa Z took over, challenging GBH to a tag team match on the next show to determine who’s truly worthy of being called up to FGA first.
The GBH members just smiled as they walked away, but not before they accepted the challenge.
Singles Match
Dickie Harter vs. Sammie Rósza
Dickie made his entrance first, much to the delight of the Seaford fans. The former Rising Star champion took the microphone before his opponent could make her entrance in order to talk about what happened at Learning to Fly. Harter made it clear that he didn’t understand why Sammie turned on him, or why she felt the need to cost him the Rising Star title. He spoke briefly about Murph B, who got roundly booed, before returning to tonight’s opponent, saying that Sammie better have an answer for him tonight.
At that point, Sammie Rósza appeared from the back to boos from the crowd. She didn’t seem overly fazed though, as she explained that Dickie had long since turned his back on her. Between his reaction to Sammie helping him win that title in the first place, to kicking her off the apron. Rósza walked down the aisle as she spoke, making it to the bottom of the aisle as she said that maybe it’s time that Dickie watched his back…
When the two members of GBH, Harper Hill and Miss Fortune, slid into the ring behind Dickie and started attacking him. Miss Fortune hit him with a rolling elbow, that lead Harper to follow up with a Boma Ye knee strike. To finish the attack, GBH dropped Harter with the Assault & Battery (Aided Pop-Up Cutter) as Sammie finally slid into the ring. She was handed a GBH t-shirt by Harper, and the three of them stood tall over the downed Dickie Harter, much to the chagrin of the fans.
Winner: No Contest (0:00)
Previously Recorded…
The show cuts to a location somewhere away from Seaford High School, to where FGA grappler Lowri Moss is sat in a nondescript room. The Welsh wrestler smiles at the camera and starts by introducing herself, for the benefit of anyone that is not familiar with her. She then reveals that she has an announcement to make, and apologises for not being able to be there tonight at Sunday Night Slams to do this live, explaining that instead she is currently at home in the UK.
Lowri states she is happy to announce that in eight weeks’ time, at the next SCCW supercard, she will be the latest outside talent to compete for the Hudson Cup. She goes on to say that she does not yet know who her opponent will be, but that whichever of the SCCW trainees she finds herself in the ring with at Overload, she is sure that they will provide her with some fierce competition.
Lowri says she is pleased to have been presented with this opportunity, and thanks Ben Hanson for having given it to her. She mentions that she looks forward to appearing in front of the SCCW fans soon, in the flesh, and getting to display her brand of British strong style in an SCCW ring. Lowri finishes by uttering a three word motto, first of all in Welsh; “Trên. Ymladd. Ennill.” She then repeats the motto, this time in English; “Train. Fight.
Win.”
Ringside…
The SCCW Tag Team Champions, The Caffiends, made their way down to the ring before the next match started. They talked about how they’ve defended these belts since they first won them
Tag Team Match
#1 Contendership
Bricklyn Granger & Pattie Pearce vs. Adam & Chino
Both teams fought valiantly earning, jockeying for position as they tried to gain the upper hand. The more experienced team of Adam & Chino, fresh off their Hudson Cup win, managed to isolate Pattie Pearce. Using quick tags, they practically cut the ring in half. Chino scored a near fall off a standing double foot stomp in the third minute, before Adam got to show off his versatility with an apron belly-to-belly suplex to bring Pattie into the ring in the fifth minute. But that wasn’t enough to score a three count either.
Pattie did manage to find a way back into the match, however. The sixth minute rolled around as she countered an Irish whip with a desperation pop-up flip piledriver, taking Adam down! From there she was able to make the tag out to Bricklyn Granger, who entered the ring like a house on fire! A Mafia kick caught Chino Hills by surprise, before Adam got drilled with a running step up kick in the corner. Chino got taken down by a King Kong lariat, and Adam then fell victim to the Halo Bomb!
But Chino managed to save his partner, and probably the match! But Bricklyn & Pattie weren’t to be deterred. Pearce showed off her rope leaned basement lariat, but Chino kicked out at two in the tenth minute. Granger again showed off her strength with a spinning inverted waterwheel slam on Chino, but Adam made the save this time.
The twelfth minute rolled around, and Chino found a way back into the match; he dodged a corner attack, letting Bricklyn hit the turnbuckle chest first. She fell to one knee, and soon got caught by a shining wizard, before Hills went up top. A Lucky Star (Rope Walk Meteora) connected, but Pattie made the save before the three count. But she got her head taken off by a Mafia kick from Adam Dragomirov, before they set Bricklyn up for the Diving European Uppercut (Chino)/German Suplex (Adam) Combo, as Chino covered for the three count.
Winners and NEW Number One Contenders to the SCCW Tag Team Titles: Adam & Chino (13:04)
After the match, The Caffiends rose from their seats at the commentary table to hold their belts up high. Adam & Chino pointed at the belts, then motioned around their waists as the crowd cheered them on.

Singles Match
Thunderbelly vs. Rocky Rhodes
The new SCCW Champion, Thunderbelly came out swinging as he took the fight to Rocky Rhodes. He caught Rhodes off guard, landing several big hits in the first few minutes; a Thunderclap (Running Palm Strike) here, an axe bomber there, followed up by a Pumphandle Backbreaker. But Rocky didn’t stay down so easily.
With the help of Papa Z grabbing Thunderbelly’s foot, Rocky got back into the match in the fifth minute, hitting a Cactus clothesline that sent both men over the top. On the outside, Rhodes was able to use the environment to his advantage, bouncing the champion off guard rails and ring steps. A side slam on the outside did some damage, but nothing that could keep Thunderbelly down for the three. The pace slowed down as Rocky maintained control; a fall forward slam in the seventh minute scored him a two count, before Rocky went back to using his strikes to try and wear the champion down.
But in the ninth minute, Rocky missed a leg drop as Thunderbelly rolled out of the way. The champion got back to his feet first, and struck fast; the Fury of the Storm (A series of rolling European Uppercuts finished with a rolling Polish Hammer) connected, but Rocky stayed on his feet. So The Storm Bearer lifted his opponent up for the airplane spin, much to the delight of the fans. But even after a Green Power Thunderbomb (Blue Thunderpowerbomb) in the eleventh minute, Rocky still kicked out at two!
The SCCW Champion rallied the fans behind him, but Rocky cut off his momentum in the thirteenth minute; a powerslam caught Thunderbelly by surprise, but after some brawling it was a superplex that came close to securing a three count. Unfortunately for Rocky, Thunderbelly kicked out at two. By the fifteenth minute, however, Rocky had his opponent set up for a piledriver … NO! Thunderbelly reversed, lifting Rocky up for the Forseti's Axe (Axe Guillotine Driver) and the three count!
Winner: Thunderbelly (14:46)
After the match, Thunderbelly celebrated his victory in the center of the ring when the lights in the gym went out. When they came back up, Thunderbelly found himself face to face with Brutus as the show comes to a close.
