Backstage…
The footage cuts backstage to find Claire James, the overly active and ever overrun interviewer and ring announcer. She seems in the middle of a discussion with the foul mouthed Irish firecracker, Caintigern Magnum, though rather than a discussion, it seems much more like she is the target of a rant. Caintigern rifles off, in her usual fashion, about how she has not been booked for tonight, and it was a member of the roster who told her the tale as opposed to a member of management. She keeps the foul language to a minimum, though a few bleeped out expletives still slip through. She goes through the motions, speaking of how she beat three men at the same time at the last supercard, that she went toe to toe with the beast known as GRENDEL and bloodied the monster, and the fact she beat dual champion Dickie Harter clean as a whistle last week, and yet she still isn’t booked. She then whines that Harter, even though she beat him clean, and she repeats that she beat him clean, he gets the main event while Madison Benthead gets a Rising Star title shot in her stead. As Caintigern rifles off that management are holding her back, the brightest, biggest and most in demand star on the SCCW, her manager appears.
Bobby B. Barabbas strolls into view, asking his client to remain calm and let him take it from here. Barabbas begins by repeating his sentiments that were released on the Hard Knox Underground website, of how impressed he was with the members of the SCCW who took the opportunity to enter the biggest match in modern wrestling history, The Gauntlet. He states that those that entered showed class and ability beyond their years, and it truly showed the progress this young promotion had been making. But, it was his client, the “Drowned Goddess” Caintigern who impressed the world the most with her bloodying of the behemoth, GRENDEL. In fact, that is all she has been doing, both here in SCCW, in Underground and in her impressive debut for FGA, with her opponent needing to play the numbers game to defeat her. And whilst he echoes her sentiments, that she should be placed in a marquee position as the most beautiful, violent and deadly asset that SCCW has, she will be showing that in the recently announced ‘Learning to Fly’ tournament, as well as the 2017 Rookie X Cup. He then leads his unusually beaming client away, but not before Caintigern blurts out that she is more than ready to fly, and she will also be drowning all of her opposition as well.
Fatal Fourway Match
Cordozar Parrish vs. Zaqiel vs. Sammie Rósza vs. Dewey Dresden
Sammie Rósza didn’t fare well in the early going; the size difference between her and Dewey Dresden didn’t bode well as the tag champ slammed her around the ring with a gutbuster, backbreaker, and a belly to back suplex before she rolled out of the ring. Zaqiel took that as his opportunity to strike, taking advantage of the lax rules in place.
The Australian took the fight to the tag champion, but he couldn’t show off his new moves until Cordozar Parrish blind tagged himself as Dewey got sent against the ropes. Against the smaller opponent, Zaqiel displayed his pop-up lariat to score a two count. But Parrish fought back after dodging a corner attack; he used his strikes and kept moving to dodge Zaqiel’s attacks, before the Australian finally caught Parrish with a clothesline over the top rope.
Dewey Dresden entered the ring once again and nearly knocked Zaqiel out of his boots with a huge spear right from the get go! The big man worked over the back of his opponent, utilizing the back suplexes and backbreakers once again, before he finally locked in the ”Blackout” (Camel Clutch).
Zaqiel was close to tapping, but Dresden’s attention was caught by the appearance of GBH at ringside! Harper Hill and Miss Fortune ran through the crowd and leapt up onto the apron either side of the ring – only for Dewey to drill MF with a big boot, before charging across the ring at Harper. She merely dropped off the apron, but the distraction was enough for Cordozar Parrish to sneak in with a dropkick to the back that sent Dewey tumbling over the top rope all the way to the outside. Unfortunately for Parrish, Sammie Rósza got back into the ring and rolled him up with an O’Connor Roll for the surprise three count!
Winner: Sammie Rósza (8:51)
After the match, Sammie escaped to the outside as Cordozar stormed around the ring yelling obscenities in her direction. He couldn’t believe he got pinned by someone like Sammie Rósza, but she just celebrated in the aisleway – heading behind the curtain as Cordozar looked likely to give chase.
Meanwhile, GBH escaped back through the crowd before Dewey could recover from his fall. But he didn’t look happy about it.

Murph B is standing with Claire James, who wants to know about what happened at Learning to Fly. Murph is blunt about it; she says that Madison Bennett got what she deserved, and that certainly wasn’t the SCCW Rising Star Championship.
Despite not being booked to compete tonight, Murph seems to be … who can tell? Her resting bitch face remains constant throughout the interview as she tells Madison to look forward to the RXC, where she’ll be outside of Murph’s reach. And to Dickie, Murph is still waiting for a thank you for basically gifting him that title he’s so proud of. She calls him ungrateful before leaving the scene, and SNS cuts elsewhere backstage.

The GBH members, Harper Hill and Miss Fortune, are talking about what happened moments ago in regards to Dewey Dresden. They’re adamant he got off lightly with just a loss, as opposed to what they wanted to do to him. But The Caffiends won’t get off so lightly when it comes to those SCCW Tag Team titles – because GBH are the hottest thing in SCCW right now.
They’re the ones making names for themselves in NKP, FGA, Underground, and Broadway Championship Wrestling before it closed. They’re the ones bringing eyes to SCCW. It’s their merchandise that’s flying off the shelves – although sales are only ‘moderate’ according to the supplier. But that doesn’t stop the pair from embellishing slightly. They then hype up the Rookie X Cup that they’ll both be participating in at the end of the month, saying they’ll make sure everyone knows why GBH are the best wrestlers in SCCW, and after they’re done raising hell in the RXC, they’ll make sure they become the next SCCW Tag Team Champions to finally have something to show for their efforts.
#1 Contender's Match
Thunderbelly vs. D.J. Ronie
The crowd seemed excited to see DJ Ronie back in an SCCW ring as he gave a spirited performance against Thunderbelly. He used his strikes to wear the big man down for the first couple of minutes before a ripcord jumping neckbreaker allowed DJ to score a two count. But Thunderbelly fought back!
A big uranage backbreaker allowed Thunderbelly to counter a clothesline attempt in the third minute, before Thunderbelly took it up a notch. The crowd enjoyed his big swing in the fourth minute, but even Thunderbelly got dizzy by the time he released. But still he continued to delight the fans, hitting a release German suplex and the Green Power Thunderbomb (Blue Thunderpowerbomb) among others. But Ronie kept kicking out at two.
Ronie managed to get back into the match in the seventh minute as he vaulted off the top turnbuckle to dodge a charging attack, causing Thunderbelly to hit the turnbuckle chest first. Fists flew fast and furious as DJ took the fight to his opponent, before finally hitting the cross legged sitout slam. But he couldn’t keep Thunderbelly down for long.
In the end, the match was ruined by the arrival of Malika and Jasmine (who’d recovered from her beatdown earlier in the night) as they attacked both men with chairs to force a double disqualification!
Winner: Double DQ (8:04)
After the match, Malika spoke on the microphone as she ranted about what Brutus did to Jasmine at the start of the show. And she’s pissed beyond belief that Brutus interfered in their tag team match on the last show. “Doesn’t he know who I am?!” she demanded in her shrillest tone.
Malika reminds the fans that she’s royalty and if anybody on the SCCW roster deserves an SCCW Championship match it’s her – not these two! And at Learning to Fly she’ll get what she deserves, and take that belt from Brutus before he can try and embarrass her again. The fans continued booing as Malika left the ring, with Jasmine tagging along behind her.

Dewey Dresden slams a stack of folding chairs down in the hallway as Sullivan Pibb watches leaning against the wall. He shakes his head while Dewey cracks his knuckles. Dewey then turns around looking at the camera that has followed his outrage in the back after his match.
“Harper Hill and Miss Fortune have a bad habit of latching onto things they’ll never win. Dynamic Duos. Rey del Aire, the Rookie X Cup, and most importantly… our… (He points to himself and Sullivan) tag team championships.
Those two punks come out and cost me my match tonight as if it’ll have any positive outcome for them come ‘Learning to Fly’. I got news for you GBH, it won’t. Every week you only piss me and Sullivan off even more. You had it bad before, you’re gonna have it worse when the time comes. This is a warning, stop interfering in my business… you won’t escape the way you did this week the next time.
Come on Sullivan, let’s get out of here before I do something stupid.” With that, Dewey throws his tag title over his shoulder patting it a bit before he and Sullivan walk down the hallway and out of the camera shot.

In Ben Hanson’s office, the man himself is sitting at his desk as he starts talking. Hanson says that he was impressed by the spirit shown by two of SCCW’s newer talents earlier tonight, which is why he’s decided that Ally Miller and Blake Belladonna will be the next two competitors to be entered in the Sloppy Joe Memorial Tournament! The fans seem happier with that announcement, judging by the cheers that can be heard.
Hanson closes by saying the main event is up next, and he hopes this settles the drama caused by Sammie and Murph B at High Voltage…
MAIN EVENT
SCCW Rising Star Title Match
Dickie Harter (c) vs. Madison Bennett
The two fan favorites went out there and delivered as expected; Dickie and Madison flew around the ring in the early minutes, hitting arm drags and hiptosses, dropkicks and cartwheel back elbows. Harter got the upper hand first, however, hitting a thunderous lariat that turned Bennett inside out. He continued to press his advantage using his strikes; rapid fire chops in the corner and another lariat, before a dropkick knocked Madison out through the middle ropes.
Harter followed up with a handspring moonsault over the top rope, much to the delight of his fan base. But the crowd seemed fairly evenly split between the pair as Bennett’s fans rallied behind her. The fourth minute rolled around as she climbed back up onto the apron, where she managed to catch Dickie through the ropes with a shoulder thrust to the gut, before showing off her corkscrew spinning neckbreaker.
Bennett kept the advantage for a few minutes as she impressed the crowd and her opponent alike with her speed and agility. Harter fell victim to a standing double foot stomp off an Irish whip, and a cornered running double knee strike among other attacks. But he kept kicking out at two.
The seventh minute rolled around as Bennett hit the tornado small package out of the corner, only for Harter to roll over in the cover. Both competitors scored two counts off it, before scrambling back to their feet. Madison lunged forward with a clothesline, which Dickie ducked and countered with a boot to the gut and his patented Dickie Driver (Cradle Piledriver) … but could only get a two count.
There was a momentary respite as both competitors struggled to get back to their feet. Harter pushed ahead, but Madison managed to block his corner springboard tornado DDT in the eighth minute by pulling his feet out from under him. Harter hit the top turnbuckle head first and slumped in the corner, allowing Madison to hit her Dream Sequence (Corner Running Step Up Kick). But even that only got a two count.
Bennett pushed ahead, fighting with everything she’s got as Ryan Savage cheered her on from the commentary table. A springboard bulldog connected, albeit barely, before Madison looked set to hit a shining wizard. As she charged in, however, Dickie pushed her to one side and into the referee! She took the bump, and appeared to be unconscious despite Madison’s efforts to wake her up…
Which allowed Murph B to run down the aisle. Murph spun Madison Bennett around and caught her with a boot to the gut, before showing off her strength with a stalling release powerbomb! Dickie Harter didn’t even know what was happening as Murph B dragged him over and on top of Madison, just before the referee came to. She counted a three count, and an oblivious Dickie Harter managed to retain the Rising Star title!
Winner and STILL SCCW RISING STAR CHAMPION: Dickie Harter (9:32)
After the match, Murph B fetched the title belt from ringside as she slid back into the ring. Harter was just coming to, unaware of Murph behind him, as he spun around – and Murph laid Dickie out with his title belt! The crowd booed as Murph raised the Rising Star title above her head, before leaving with the belt as SNS ended with the AxxessNet logo.
